As a social scientist, my work centers on expertise development, specifically investigating the expert mental models of individuals and high-performing teams. I currently direct the Learning Strategy Lab, an R&D firm whose work has been published in a number of journals that include, Advances in Developing Human Resources, Performance Improvement, and the Journal of Applied Instructional Design. I am also the Chief Social Scientist at Grodïvo, an early-stage S-Corp startup that leverages technology and organizational-psychological research to quantitatively measure, diagnose, and monitor organizational culture. My professional background includes research and strategy at Meta and Adobe, and a formative experience redesigning the Data & Decisions MBA course at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
