My career has centered on the nexus of two worlds that rarely meet: the pressure of evidence-based, enterprise-scale execution and the rigor of active research. At Meta, I directed learning strategy for a 40,000-person global workforce and drove $105M+ in documented business impact. At Adobe, I designed an ML/AI upskilling program for 7,000 engineers, before most enterprises knew they had an AI skills gap. In 2022, I co-founded Grodïvo.ai to translate organizational research into workforce analytics and culture diagnostics that executives can actually act on. Today, I serve as Associate Professor and incoming Department Chair at Boise State University, where my published research on expertise development, leadership, and neuroscience-informed learning directly shapes the teams and systems I build for organizations.
