As a senior learning and talent strategy leader, I help organizations build enterprise learning systems that deliver measurable capability and performance outcomes. I use rigorous quantitative and qualitative research to inform executive decisions about workforce skills, leadership development, and organizational design. My work centers on how leaders and high-performing teams develop the mental models required to operate effectively in complex environments. I founded and direct the Learning Strategy Lab, an R&D consultancy whose work has been published in journals including Advances in Developing Human Resources and Performance Improvement Journal. I also co-founded Grodïvo, where I serve fractionally as Chief Learning Scientist translating organizational psychology into measurable and scalable culture and workforce analytics. I’ve partnered with CLOs, CHROs, and senior leaders at organizations including Meta, Adobe, and Stanford GSB to set forth and align learning strategy, AI-enabled innovation, and talent investments with long-term business outcomes.
