My career centers at the nexus of enterprise-scale execution and the rigor of active scholarship. At Meta, I directed learning strategy for a global Trust & Safety workforce. At Adobe, I launched an ML/AI upskilling program for 7,000 engineers, before most enterprises knew they had an AI skills gap. In 2022, I co-founded Grodïvo.ai to translate organizational research into workforce analytics and culture diagnostics that executives can actually act on. Today I serve as Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning at Boise State University, where my published research on expertise development, leadership, and neuroscience-informed learning architecture directly shapes the graduate courses I teach and the teams and systems I build for organizations.
