What People Are Saying

“Seth gave an amazing presentation that far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!”

— 2023, Senior Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton

“I have to give Seth kudos for pulling off what, at first, I was not sure how he could pull off. Going forward I have no doubt that everything he does is in pristine condition, like always.”

— S. Prevost, 2020, Senior VP at Adobe

“Seth combines his deep expertise with pragmatic advice to help organizations understand high impact learning design. He helped me to make sense of the field of learning design, articulated the common mistakes that organizations make, and acted as a powerful sounding board along the way. Organizations working with Seth will find that they don't simply create learning programs, they will create experiences that will actually stick for learners.”

— A. Mackay, 2019, Managing Director of Leading Elephants

“Seth is the prototype for what we want and look for in a strategist. He has earned the trust of everyone he works with, and is a respected leader within the organization.”

— B. Chawla, 2020, Founder of DataCouch.io

“I can't thank Seth enough for that first meeting we had…that was the origin for what's been a huge project. By the end of the year I'll be finished with the first draft of the (training) book and 48 companion lessons!”

— T. Hakes, 2016, Founder of startup Color Theory

Do any of these resonate?

“How do we develop our leadership bench?”

“The employee performance of my organization is not responding to our training initiatives.”

“How do we prioritize, design, and scale training in a post-pandemic environment?”

“I do not know how to design engaging and impactful learning experiences given our limited resources.”

These concerns are common, and I understand them well.

Learning Strategy

I deliver thought leadership in solving employee performance problems at scale. This begins with establishing the strategies for your organization’s (1) leadership development, (2) knowledge management, (2) employee performance support, (3) instructional design, (4) learning delivery, (5) learning localization, and (6) measurement/evaluation. It includes expectation setting with senior stakeholders, current-state analysis, a plan to account for the measurement of impact —all which are mapped to business outcomes.

At a tactical level, I make best practice recommendations for the design of engaging learning experiences of all types—online, face-to-face, and blended. This requires establishing specific learning objectives and then aligning all content, activities, and assessments to those. I provide insight into the tools, techniques, and processes that will be most relevant for your organizational needs.
